Web Master – Zoom Meeting & Webinar Coordinator (Casual Role)


- Casual position | Work from home

- $35 per hour

- Flexible hours, including early mornings and evenings as required


Our client is seeking a technically confident, highly organised Web Master to coordinate and facilitate Zoom-based webinars, meetings, and educational events for medical professionals. This casual role is ideal for someone with advanced Zoom experience, who is confident hosting professional online events and managing all the behind-the-scenes technical details.


About the Role

In this role, you will support the delivery of virtual educational programs for doctors, ensuring that Zoom meetings and webinars run smoothly from start to finish. You will manage the technical setup, coordinate agendas, host sessions, facilitate breakout rooms, and ensure a professional online experience for all participants.


This is a work-from-home, casual role. Hours are sporadic and vary, often requiring availability for early morning or evening sessions. Meetings may involve up to 40 participants at a time.


Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and host Zoom meetings, webinars and virtual conferences.
  • Coordinate meeting agendas and schedules with presenters and organisers.
  • Manage participant access, breakout rooms, screen sharing, recordings, and Q&A sessions.
  • Provide basic tech support to participants during sessions.
  • Ensure a smooth and professional experience for attendees and presenters.
  • Communicate with stakeholders in the lead-up to and during events to ensure all technical needs are met.


Key Selection Criteria

  • Advanced Zoom skills, including webinar hosting, breakout rooms, security settings, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills.
  • Professional, calm and confident under pressure.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including early mornings and evenings.
  • Experience supporting or hosting virtual education sessions or professional webinars preferred.
  • High-speed internet and ability to work independently from home.


Additional Information

  • Hourly rate: $35 per hour (casual employment)
  • Work location: Fully remote
  • Hours: Sporadic, casual shifts depending on scheduled events
