Sales Executive
· Mix of warm and new prospects
· On target earnings of $200k plus
· Full time, flexible hybrid role

Reporting to the Founder of this organisation, you will proactively reach out to warm leads, and convert these leads into new clients.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Reaching out to warm leads generated by marketing or referrals
- Qualifying and re-engaging cold leads
- Progressing clients through the 3 stage sales process
- Conducting presentations both online and in person
- Working closely with the Director to ensure smooth coordination of sales bookings and presentations
- Ensuring database is kept up to date with conversations and information
- Adhering to set KPIs and sales targets
You are a self starter who works best with set KPIs to achieve, and you thrive on motivating yourself to achieve sales targets.
Key skills and attributes:
· Demonstrated and successful sales experience
· Ability to understand conversion rates, and revenue goals
· Ability to work under pressure while maintain a high level of productivity
· Experience in managing challenging interactions with tact and empathy
· Knowledge of property or investment finance
· Highly proficient in asking qualifying leads and identifying opportunities
· Excellent computer skills
