Rostering Officer


Join a purpose-driven team supporting participant care through exceptional coordination.


  • Start ASAP – full-time hours (Mon to Fri, 8am–4pm)
  • 2–4 week assignment to support operational continuity
  • Work onsite, collaborating with dedicated Service Delivery teams

To support continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Rostering Officer to join their fast-paced operations team in a casual, full-time capacity. This is an on-site role, ideal for someone confident in NDIS rostering or workforce coordination and ready to hit the ground running.


About the Role:

You’ll be responsible for efficiently coordinating support worker schedules, ensuring participant needs are met with speed and care. Working closely with Service Delivery Managers and internal stakeholders, you’ll play a critical role in delivering smooth, responsive service coordination.


Key Responsibilities:

Participant Scheduling & Communication

  • Schedule timely initial sessions between participants and Key Workers
  • Liaise with participants to confirm bookings and provide a high-quality first impression
  • Coordinate changes and re-allocations in response to evolving service needs

Workforce Coordination

  • Match Key Workers (field staff) to participants based on skill and availability
  • Communicate clearly with internal teams to ensure continuity of care
  • Maintain up-to-date records and documentation on participant interactions

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in scheduling, rostering, or coordination (NDIS or health sector preferred)
  • Ability to multitask, think on your feet, and act quickly
  • Professional phone manner and strong stakeholder communication skills
  • High-level technical capability – confident across Microsoft Office and scheduling/CRM platforms
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and adaptability in a busy environment
  • A calm, solutions-focused approach to competing priorities
