Human Resource Officer


· Generalist HR Administration

· Salary $75,000 plus superannuation

· Full time role, based onsite in Cranbourne

Reporting to the Human Resource Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of

recruitment and onboarding, by facilitating an optimal end to end process, primarily for field staff positions. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to support participant intake and demand, and a seamless employee onboarding program, including induction and training.


You will have a hands-on approach to the role and be prepared to provide support and assistance with all human resource functions. Your ability to communicate well, and uphold the Primacy code of conduct will ensure your success in this role.


Key aspects of the role include:

· Facilitating an end-to-end recruitment process

· Supporting the business development team in developing specific recruitment strategies

· Collaborating with the finance team to ensure a smooth onboarding and offboarding process

· Facilitating orientation and induction sessions

· Coordinating fixed-term contracts, flexible working arrangements and temporary employment agreements

· Providing administration assistance to the Human Resource Manager as required

· Working in conjunction in with the Administration Manager on education and awareness projects that promote diversity, equality and inclusion

· Collaborating with Quality and Compliance Manager as it relates to identified employee risk and hazards


Skills and attributes:

· Minimum 2 years in a similar role

· Experience in a related environment advantageous

· Demonstrated end to end recruitment experience

· Relevant tertiary qualifications

· A shared vision of Primacy Group’s Values – empathy, respect, integrity and reliability

· Exceptional written and verbal communications skills

· Sound Microsoft Office Suite and Employment Hero software skills
