Executive Assistant / Office Manager


• Full-time | Onsite in Keysborough

• $90,000 + superannuation

• Support the CEO and manage day-to-day office operations


An established and innovative business in the self-service technology sector is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant / Office Manager to provide high-level support to the CEO and oversee the smooth running of the office. This is a full-time, onsite position based in Keysborough, offering a varied and impactful role within a dynamic team.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide executive support to the CEO, including calendar and inbox management, meeting coordination, and the preparation of documents and reports
  • Oversee general office operations, ensuring the workplace runs efficiently and professionally
  • Assist with project coordination, internal communications, and team administration
  • Support HR and finance functions, including document preparation and compliance tracking
  • Liaise with suppliers, manage office supplies and systems, and ensure facilities are maintained
  • Utilise and maintain the business ERP system; experience with Business Central is highly desirable


About You

  • Proven experience in an EA, Office Manager, or senior administrative support role
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities with discretion and professionalism
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with executive leadership
  • Confident with technology and systems; experience with ERP systems, particularly Business Central, is highly advantageous
  • Able to work independently and contribute to a positive and collaborative office culture
