Absolute Care & Health is a premiere provider of personalised in-home aged care, disability support and recovery care, providing individual support and nursing services, supporting clients to live their life, their way.
Reporting to the External Relations Director, you will be responsible for creating, developing, expanding and maintaining B2B and Community relationships that deliver new and ongoing business to the organisation across key segments.
This full time role will have ownership and overall responsibility for specific b2b accounts and sales channels. You will be responsible for growing Absolute’s share of Community Care referrals from existing healthcare referrers and winning new referrers. You will also have a responsibility for developing local community engagement in key target areas (within Stonnington, Boroondara, Glen Eira, Bayside).
Additionally, you will collaborate with Sales and Marketing Teams ensuring aligned goals, processes and messaging and input into marketing materials. You will also work closely with the Client Relationship Manager, the Care/Programme Management teams and the Coordination teams to ensure close collaboration on the referral pipeline, effective knowledge and insights sharing and alignment of service delivery and sales promise.
Key aspects of the role include:
- Delivering increased business to Absolute through new and existing referrers, partners and community relationships and meeting specific KPIs.
- Developing, maintaining and managing positive relationships with referrers and business partners.
- Ensuring that new business is onboarded efficiently and to a high standard by working closely with all relevant teams across the business.
- Ensuring that the brand identity is represented throughout the client experience.
You’re a collaborative team player, with demonstrated ability in business development or a similar role. You come with a proven sales track record, together with negotiation, rapport & relationship building expertise, and the following:
· Demonstrated experience in healthcare (or related) business development, sales or marketing across services and/or products.
· Tertiary qualified in marketing, communications or relevant health discipline.
· Demonstrated understanding of how to initiate and develop B2B relationships.
· Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of marketing and campaign development
· Able to translate target audience knowledge and insights into effective working relationships.
· Able to work effectively both independently and as part of the multi-disciplinary team.
· Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
· Demonstrate a consumer focussed, customer-centric approach which puts consumer needs and expectations (clients, referrers, other stakeholders) at the centre.
· Exhibit a philosophy of continuous improvement, that is driven through an evidence-based approach and reflective practice.
Desirable:
· Experience in the Aged Care or disability sector
· Experience working with private and/or public hospitals
· Healthcare / Clinical qualification
You must have the right to work in Australia. You must have a positive outcome for any requested police checks, to be eligible for a role with Absolute Care & Health.
