The Role
As the Marketing & Communications Officer, you will play a key role in delivering digital communications, brand engagement, and community outreach. You will support marketing campaigns, create engaging content, and ensure consistent messaging across digital and media channels. This role is ideal for a marketing professional with strong storytelling abilities and experience in digital and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities include:
• Managing digital communications, including social media, website content, and eDMs.
• Developing engaging stories and content for brand and campaign communications.
• Supporting media and public relations efforts, including ambassador and media outreach.
• Assisting with the creation and management of marketing collateral.
• Coordinating community engagement activities and outreach initiatives.
Key Selection Criteria
• Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience in digital marketing, communications, or content creation.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Ability to manage social media platforms and digital campaigns effectively.
• Experience with email marketing platforms, CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), and website content management.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to undergo a national police check and Working with Children Check.
